After the confirm of order and after the payment receipt (through Amazon Pay, Paypal or Bank transfer) or eventually choosing the payment on delivery (cask on delivery), the details of shipping will be instantly send to the logistic and production department. Just in case you decide to pay through bank transfer will be a little delay in the processing times because of the wait of payment receipt. The perfumes with their original packaging will be carefully wrapped by pluriball. In the case of more products, every product will be wrapped separately to avoid every kind of damage during the transport. Every order done on the website will be managed by GLS express courier which every day will pick up the orders completed within 15:30 a.m.
It is possible to track the pack with the tracking number provided by logging in our website.
The purchased product will arrive to the address indicated by the customer between 2 and 6 working days.
Generally an order processed within 12 working days will be delivered in the next 48 hours, but the time of delivery could take more time in case of delivery at island and remote areas.
We suggest to indicate every details to avoid redelivery, delay, or notifications of wrong address. Examples of some important indication to avoid confusion and missing delivery:
1. Intercom (in case there are same surnames at the same address)
2. A reachable telephonic number (for an eventual contact from the shipper)
3. Details about shop/company: name and surname aren’t enough, please specify also the name of shop or company.
4. Specifications about eventual proxy and/or doorman.
If the courrier won’t find the receiver or any proxy, he will try again the delivery the same day (in the afternoon for example) or in the next morning. Once delivered and signed we don’t have any responsabilites.
Every displacement of the pack will be consulted by the tracking number through the login.
We will manage every kind of reminder about delivery, missing delivery and storage. If the product won’t be delivered, for any reason, it will return to the sender after 30 days from the shipping.
Cost of cash on delivery: €2,50
The cost of cash on delivery derives from the commitment of shipper who pick up manually cash from the customer. This cost has to be paid only if you choose as a method of payment “Cash on delivery”.
The shipping has a cost from €6,50 and it is progressive: this means that it depends on weight and volume. It increases with more products.
The price ranges for the shipping, marked as fragile and containing liquid, are the following:
From 0,99kg to 2,99kg: €6,50
From 3,00kg to 4,99kg: €9,00
From 5,00kg to 9,99kg: €12,00
The shipping is free for all the orders over €70,00.
For every kind of problems about products (malfunction or damage), return is available and free and it will be managed by us with a replacement at our expense. It is possible to send a message of assistance in the section Contact Us through the item Replacement of the product, sending a picture of defect, whether it’s visible; call us at the number present in the same section, send a message to Whatsapp number linked to the site or send a generic email that will be managed by the relevant department. The shipping of the new product will have the same time of a normal shipping.
